Abstract
This SEA Statement has been prepared as part of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Irish Water Lead in Drinking Water Mitigation Plan (herein after referred to as LDWMP) in accordance with national and EU legislation. This document provides information on the decision making process and documents how environmental considerations, the views of consultees/stakeholders and the recommendations of the Environmental Report and the assessment carried out under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive have been taken into account by, and influenced, the final adopted plan.
