Abstract
Description
Anne was a native of County Offaly. After obtaining her Diploma in Librarianship (1972), she was appointed as County Librarian at Tullamore. Anne held the post of County Librarian from 1973 - 2008. Anne Coughlan left a legacy of clear achievement in County Offaly and beyond. Four members of her staff went on to become County Librarians in their own right.
