Analysys Mason has been asked to provide this paper on the most suitable technology solution for the National Broadband Plan (NBP), and specifically to consider whether 4G or 5G mobile or fixed wireless access (FWA) would be a better choice than the bidder's proposed solution based on fibre to the premises (FTTP).
