Description

The Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment (“Department”) has prepared this Invitation to Submit Final Tenders (“ISFT”) for the sole purpose of inviting Final Tenders from the Bidders for the national broadband intervention project. The information set out in the ISFT is being made available on condition that it is only used in connection with this Procurement and for no other purpose whatsoever. It is provided as a guide only and does not purport to contain all the information that a Bidder may require in connection with this Contract. In no circumstances shall the Minister, Department, its advisers, consultants, contractors and/or agents incur any liability or responsibility arising out of or in respect of the issue of the ISFT.
