Abstract
An Garda Síochána and Durham University Business School have agreed to collaborate on a research project to investigate the culture of the organisation and the state of the workforce. The study has been conducted by independent researchers from Durham University Business School, in accordance with Durham University ethical guidelines for research. Participation in the survey was voluntary, and anonymity and confidentiality for all participants is assured.
