Abstract
This guidance aims to address the most common questions and information gaps that mental health staff may have in relation to providing care to LGBTQIA+ people. This guidance document has been prepared by the Mental Health Commission (MHC)
to provide practical guidance to staff working with LGBTQIA+1 service users across all types of mental health services (including inpatient services, community residences and community mental health services).
