Description
This study was commissioned by Forfás, on behalf of the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs, to investigate the importance of foreign languages for the future development of the enterprise sector of the Irish economy. Its objective was to assess whether Ireland is likely to experience a language-skills deficit that could impact adversely on key economic sectors, particularly in light of the growing importance of internationally-traded services for the economy.
