Abstract
In the context of its analysis of the Market 1 (communications market for fixed voice call termination)1, ComReg engaged TERA Consultants to develop a cost model to calculate the Fixed Termination Rates (FTR) following the 2009 European Commission recommendation on fixed and mobile termination rates (Termination Rates Recommendation or TRR)2, and in respect of the pricing principles already defined3 in a preliminary step of ComReg’s review.
