Abstract
Our vision as an organisation is to serve and protect, and this can only be achieved by our people across all roles and levels within this organisation. In order to achieve the organisational strategy of An Garda Síochána, we must have a clear people strategy in place. This people strategy details the strategic initiatives and actions being undertaken to ensure that we put the right tools and supports in place so that our people are empowered to excel in providing an excellent policing service to the people we serve. With the collaboration of leadership and staff from across the organisation we have developed a people strategy to take us to 2021.
