Abstract
Pearse Station is the busiest commuter station on the Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) network. Owing to the condition of the Pearse Station Roof, interventions and improvements were deemed necessary. Without timely intervention, continued deterioration of the roof risked scenarios resulting in emergency works, which would have impacted on services and passengers
