Description
The aim of this international review is to identify and analyse how regulators and agencies from international jurisdictions use information to inform their work to improve the safety and quality of health and social care in their jurisdictions. The eight jurisdictions reviewed are as follows: New Zealand, Canada – Ontario, England, the Netherlands, Denmark, Scotland, Wales (summary), Northern Ireland (summary)
