Abstract
This is the last annual report of the interim Regulatory Committee [iRC] which was set up in 2014 to oversee the voluntary regulation of Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs). It provides an overview of the work conducted throughout 2020 and 2021, together with sector wide analysis and details of projected growth over the coming years. It also notes some of the key milestones since the introduction of Voluntary Regulation in 2013.
