Abstract
Description
This scheme supports companies already in Ireland in establishing a major research and development (R&D) operation here or substantially expanding existing R&D functions. The main recommendation of the evaluation is that the scheme should continue and be more proactively promoted with the aim of expanding the number of firms involved, while maintaining rigorous technical assessments to ensure that project quality remains high.
